Frequently Asked Questions |
Q: Does Lube N' Go offer financing?
A: Lube N' Go does not directly offer financing. It does, however, work very closely with GMAC Credit who offer excellent equipment financing if purchased concurrently with a new van. GMAC's rates are very competitive and the application process is quick and simple. Alternative financing sources are also available for equipment only or for equipment with trailer purchases. In order to obtain business financing, you must first do the following:
1. Register your business name.
2. Open a commercial bank account.
3. Have a business location.

Q: What is the turn around time once I place my order?
A: Each system is assembled to order and after a thorough quality inspection, is typically ready for pick-up in 2-3 weeks. You will be provided with a pick-up date once your order is placed.
Q: Do I need any special licenses or certification to change oil?
A: No. You do not need any special certification to change oil. However, we do suggest you contact your state’s Environmental Protection Agency and inquire about the laws regarding transportation of waste oil (less than 55 gallons) in your vicinity.
Q: Do I have to travel to Lube N' Go's Florida location?
A: In most cases it will be less expensive for you to travel to Florida to pick up your lube system. Shipping a lube van or lube trailer across the country can be very costly.
Q: Can you ship only the equipment?
A: Yes. The equipment is usually shipped on 4 wooden pallets that vary in weight. It is approximately 800lbs. and takes about 3 people to unload.
Q: Why should I do business with Lube N' Go?

Q: Does Lube N' Go use plastic tanks?
A: Absolutely not! Our tanks are made from high-grade aluminum to meet the full D.O.T. standards for transporting both waste and fresh oil. Always avoid any company offering cheap plastic tanks in their systems.
Q: I am ready to get started; now what do I do?
A: Great! We try to make this process as easy as possible. Once you decide which system you would like to order we then prepare a contract for you to sign, we ask for a deposit, we arrange the pick up and training date (we do not guarantee a training date until we have the contract and deposit back in our possession), you come to us on that date and train on your system. We take the balance of payment at that time and you are ready to start working.
Q: How long does it take for the oil to be vacuumed out?
A: On 4 and 6 cylinder engines between 5 and 10 minutes.
